    It’s really a tie for this one and Pale Demon, but this one really gets me every time and I also find myself rereading passages out of it – and Pale Demon:)

    I love Black Magic Sanction because of the Al scenes. And I think this is the book with the marriage scene? i’m not actually sure. i’ve read them so many times that all the scenes are getting jumbled up in my head until i’m not sure what scene goes in what book. But i love BMS because Al is so sweet in this, you know like with the grilled cheese and stuff its just so cute and also think this is the book where rachel starts to accept her situation because she didnt really complain that much about the brooke thing and i think this is also the book where i started to believe that rachel might let something happen with Al because she notices him in the grilled cheese scene and also starts to relate to him some more.
    i’ve also already written on the blog and i would like to follow on twitter but i dont know how.
    and also thank you so much for this chance to win an advanced copy. i think iam literally dieing waiting fo this book to come out. thank you so much!!!!!!!!

    This is the book that hit me the hardest,(hope I got the right one, lol) where Kisten is killed off. Cried like a baby for a couple of days. KH really made an impression on me with having the chutzpha to kill off a character. Not too many authors are ballsy enough let alone good enough to pull that off.

    • My bff who turned me onto this series feels the same. Even with his death she loved it and it’s her fave. I love it too. I gotta say the wedding scene is one of the funniest in all The Hollows. When her cell rings…man she ruins a wedding the only way Rachel can, lol. One of my favorite quotes is from that book:

      “Sure am glad I’m not royalty,” I muttered. “I wouldn’t want to have to bump uglies with someone I can’t stand. On a regular basis. And no one else.”

      “Ow!” I exclaimed, trying to yank my fingers from Trent but finding them caught. Then I colored, realizing what I’d said. “Oh… sorry,” I stammered, meaning it. “That was insensitive.”

      Trent’s frown turned into a sly smirk. “Bump uglies?” he said, eyes on the table behind me. “You are a font of gutter slang, Rachel. We must do this again.”

    I am choosing this book as my favorite because it is one of my favorites. I loved how Rachel really got her chance to be with her ghost bf and how much he excites her fantasies… Plus, he is so wild and that he can not be tied down to the demon longer than he wishes to be tied down. Plus, with each book, I could have sworn that Rachel and Trent get even closer to each other, figuring each other out and what kind of secrets they are hiding.

    • Yeah, it’s great how the series evolves and the plot develops!

    There are so many scenes from all of these books that I love to pieces but I think Pale Demon wins for me….although I’ve re-read For A Few Demons More and Black Magic Sanction many times!

    • I’ve only re-read Pale Demon from cover to cover if only to compare the ARC to the official release (there’s no difference). I still haven’t read the official release of APB, but it doesn’t sound like it’s a big difference from the ARC. Normally I just re-read my favorite sections.

    • That’s all my top 3 too, haha. But I guess for me it’s:
      1) Pale Demon
      2) Every Which Way but Dead
      3) A Perfect Blood

    It’s hard to pick which one my favorite is because I devour everyone of them. I picked a few demons more because I believe this is the one that we see more of Als character…? Its been so long since I’ve read it. Now I’m going to have to re-read them all but thats o.k ;}

    I had to vote other as I genuinely love the whole Hollows series and could not choose one book over another. The Hollows is my favourite series by far 🙂

    Pale Demon is number one for me with A Perfect Blood at number two. I love PD because of the rocky relationship with this road trip with a witch/demon, elf, pixy, vampire, and coven member, and then of course Percy later on. Man what is it about a road trip that brings everyone together! Love the scenes with Trent and Rachel; like the shower, and the black spandex. Who can forget those. Trent was so pushing her buttons and was enjoying it too!
